I have been teaching piano online for years - not only in Germany, but also in Europe, America and Asia. This works surprisingly well if the transmission speed of the lines is sufficient on both sides.

You need a webcam (the laptop camera is usually sufficient) and possibly a USB microphone (approx. 40 - 100 EUR each). When it comes to the microphone, you can first test the internal USB microphone. Overall, online lessons are possible without great technical effort and expense.
